Raunak Pandey

The developer your clients never meet. I build WordPress under your brand — invoices, commits and handover docs all carrying your agency's name, never mine. Four years of custom themes, real plugins, WooCommerce logic and automations, delivered white-label to studios in the US, UK, Europe and Australia.

01 / positioning

WordPress isn't the problem. Bad WordPress is.

WordPress gets blamed for being slow, bloated and fragile. Usually WordPress didn't commit the crime — poor architecture did, unnecessary plugins did, copy-pasted code did. I build it like real software instead: structured data, reusable components, controlled dependencies, clean PHP.

What I build

Six disciplines, delivered under your brand. Run your cursor down the list.

01

Themes & plugins

Hand-written PHP, ACF field architecture, CPTs, taxonomies and Gutenberg blocks. Your editors get a back-office they don't need a manual for — and nothing breaks when they click the wrong thing.

02

WooCommerce

Checkout that behaves, cart-meta logic that holds, inventory rules that match how you actually sell. Built on hooks and filters, so the next update doesn't undo the work.

03

Builder work

Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg — pixel-honest from Figma, sane at every breakpoint, and stripped of the bloat builders love to smuggle in.

04

Speed & SEO

Assets and server tuned until PageSpeed stops complaining — 90+, schema, sitemaps, GA4 and Search Console wired the boring, correct way.

05

Care & security

Malware scrubbed, hosting hardened, backups verified, uptime watched. The unglamorous work that keeps a launch from becoming an incident.

06

Automations & APIs

Zapier and n8n automations, GoHighLevel pipelines, HubSpot forms and schedulers, REST and GraphQL endpoints — WordPress wired into the rest of your stack so nobody copies data by hand again.

02 / the arrangement

Work that ships under your name, not mine.

You sell the project, own the client and set the price. I sit behind it as your build team — unbranded commits, unbranded documentation, and an NDA before the first line of code. Four years of that arrangement with studios across four timezones, and not one client who needed to know my name.

04 / details

The fine print

Which hours do you actually work? +

AEDT mornings, CET afternoons, EST and CST evenings — overlap is scheduled per client, and calls are booked in your timezone, never mine.

What happens to unused hours? +

Hourly blocks never expire. On the quarterly subscription, unused hours roll between the three months of the term. Monthly retainer hours reset each month.

Do I own the code? +

Yes — entirely. Everything ships in your repository with commit history, documented hooks and nothing licensed to me. Every deliverable is unbranded by default, and I'll join client calls as your team if you want me to.

Can you take over an existing site? +

Most of my work starts that way — an audit first, then malware cleanup, performance work or a rebuild of whatever the last developer left behind.
